01 What is 1:1 Personal Fitness Training?

1:1 personal fitness training is a customized workout program where you work directly with a certified personal trainer. The trainer designs a fitness plan tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and any other personal preferences or limitations you may have.

02 How do I get started?

To get started, simply book a consultation with us by filling the form or starting a whatsapp chat with us. During this session, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, current activity level, and any injuries or challenges. From there, we’ll create a personalized fitness plan and set up your first training session.

03 Do you offer nutrition advice?

Yes! Our trainers can offer basic nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals. If you’re interested in more detailed nutritional coaching, we can recommend a registered dietitian.

04 What happens if I have an injury or health concern?

Before starting any program, your trainer will ask about your health history. If you have an injury or specific health concern, the trainer will modify your workout plan accordingly and may recommend seeing a physician if necessary.
